A Living Tribute to the Vision, Courage & Leadership of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj
In the heart of Maharashtra, during Diwali 2024, a simple thought sparked a movement. Inspired by the age-old tradition where children build ‘Killas’—miniature forts symbolizing Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj’s valor—we began building one in our factory at Shrirampur. What started as a fun, one-day HR collaboration became a movement. Today, it stands as something much larger: a one-of-a-kind, intricately crafted Miniature Raigad Fort, built by our team.
More than a Model. A Mission.
This isn’t just a structure—it’s a soul-stirring symbol of collective effort, unwavering passion, and deep-rooted devotion. A team of 40+ employees, driven by love for Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and the spirit of Swarajya, have poured over 50 hours each into researching, crafting, and breathing life into every stone, weapon, and path of this sacred capital. From hand-making miniature weapons to designing a fully functional Bazaar Peth and even a moving Miravnuk, this creation is visually stunning and historically respectful.

Just as Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj dreamt of ‘Swarajya’, our team dreamt of building something meaningful—together. This project gave us more than a shared goal; it gave us a shared soul.

From ground excavation to miniature manufacturing, every detail was pre-planned, researched, and executed with precision—reminding us how strategy and adaptability win wars, and build culture.

Everyone contributed. There were no barriers of caste, religion, or politics. Just one shared identity—We, the Mavlas of Shrirampur, building for our Maharaj.

Many models and materials were handcrafted because they simply don’t exist in the market. Creativity met commitment. People went beyond their job descriptions. Because this wasn’t work—this was worship.
